Marriage & Family
Our Marriage & Family Services are designed to strengthen relationships and improve communication within families. We work with couples and families to navigate challenges, resolve conflict, and build healthier connections. Services are tailored to address unique dynamics and promote lasting emotional wellness.
Intensive Outpatient
We offer an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring mental health issues. Our structured program includes group therapy, individual counseling, and psychoeducation while allowing clients to maintain daily responsibilities. IOP provides the support and accountability necessary for long-term recovery.
VASAP Classes
We provide Virginia Alcohol Safety Action Program (VASAP) classes for individuals referred by the courts or DMV. These sessions are facilitated by certified professionals and focus on substance education, decision-making, and prevention strategies. Our goal is to promote safer behaviors and help participants meet legal obligations effectively.
Individual Counseling
Our individual counseling services support clients in addressing a wide range of mental health and substance use concerns. Through one-on-one sessions with l professionals, clients explore personal challenges, develop coping skills, and work toward meaningful change. We create a safe, judgment-free environment to foster healing and growth.
Alcohol & Drug Evaluation
We offer professional alcohol and drug evaluations for individuals referred by courts, employers, schools, or for personal reasons. Our assessments are conducted by certified clinicians who use evidence-based tools to determine the extent of substance use and recommend appropriate next steps. These evaluations are confidential, respectful, and designed to support informed decisions about treatment and recovery options.
Drug Testing
We provide reliable and confidential drug testing services for individuals, employers, court referrals, and treatment programs. We offer urine instant screenings with prompt and accurate results. Our testing services support accountability in recovery, compliance with legal requirements, and safe workplace practices.

Q: How many sessions will I need?
A: Depending on your goals and challenges, a core package is typically 8–12 sessions. Some clients continue longer for deeper growth or coaching phases.
Q: Can I do telehealth?
A: Yes. We offer secure virtual sessions (subject to licensing regulations).
Q: Why self-pay?
A: Self-pay allows us to bypass insurance restrictions so you can get exactly the support you need, no capped sessions, no delays.
Q: What if my employer/ insurance wants to reimburse?
A: We provide superbills and documentation clients can submit to insurance where applicable.
Q: Are sessions confidential?
